A large group of us stopped by for lunch. The food was amazing, lovely friendly helpful staff, the service was so good, we had a great time and I would encourage anyone who has not ventured in for a meal to do so. This cafe/restaurant is a real asset to Waitara.
We came in 30 min before closing having read the times wrong online. They said we could stay anyway. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and the chips were nice and crunchy. The service was amazing, just making sure we had what we wanted and liked what we had. Next time I'm in New Plymouth I'm coming back here.
First time I have ever dined in at Wayfinders and man I was comfortable here. It was a brewery kind of feel, earthy and spacious. Was only waiting 10 - 15 mins before food came out so that's great time management for me. I ordered an iced coffee and it comes with whipped cream which if you mix it with the coffee it makes it so much more delish and sweet. I ordered eggs Benny options are rosti or mcmuffin bacon option salmon. My fiance ordered a creamy mushroom with bacon 2 bread. I suggest you buy creamy mushroom as a dish if you are a cheese lover because it.was very cheesy rather than creamy. I loved it though but my partner wasn't too taken by it. My eggs Benny were perfect. Bacon was crispy and so was the rosti. Definately recommend for lunch.

Dined in for a meal and found everything to be wonderful, great friendly service and tasty food! The meals were prepared very fast and were very affordable. Will definitely be back to try a few more options. Thank you.
