The oven workers who cook the meat wear unhygienic and germ infected oven gloves which are supplied in non-compliance to CCP standards. The gloves are shared between workers, so no single employee actually gets their own pair of gloves. The gloves are not renewed on a daily/weekly basis, they are not 100% heat resistant, they retain sweat and germs on the inside and have been known to cause fungal infections on the hands of the oven operators. And these very gloves handle the meat that gets turned into export jerky. HEALTH AND SAFETY PLUS INFECTIOUS CONTROL PERSONNEL NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS!.....Stick your noses in those oven gloves, turn them inside out and take a good look at what festers inside, put your own hands in them, wear them for 10 hours and see how you enjoy your shift... Shame on all of you...YOU ALL NEED TO BE SACKED AND THIS COMPANY ANZCO MUST BE REPORTED TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
