Camilla is my favourite beauty therapist to get eyebrows and waxing done, she's able to understand exactly what I ask for with my eyebrows.

I brought a client here as I had heard that this salon is disability friendly. She had her formal coming up so her mum wanted her eyebrows to look nice but she had never had her eyebrows waxed before, this was her first time. I was disappointed in the treatment she got and wouldn't say the lady had any idea how to speak to a girl with autism at all. She was very rude to her when you could clearly see that she was struggling and scared being that this was her first time. She got wax all over my client's eyelashes and she couldn't really do a proper job, which is fine because my client was scared as I said, but we were still charged full price and when we went home her mum said her brows looked EXACTLY the same... I ended up fixing them myself.

Beautician are always friendly and welcoming. Brazilian wax is always perfect and I've never once felt uncomfortable.

Very professional and friendly. They're waxing services are on point and although I have tried other walk-in services, Wax'd gets the job done quickly, efficiently and well. I particularly like how they offer to touch up your powder around your brows to reduce the appearance of redness after the skin around your eyebrows have been assaulted by wax.

Can't say enough on how good the service is at Wax'd. Very skilled professional personnel who are friendly and provide good advice on products. Definitely the best results by far compared to other service providers. I will be definitely using Wax'd going forward for all waxing requirements.
