Very good prices, but the service is not great and the machine is probably not strong enough. I use to go at Laser Clinic before and the results were really good after only 3 sessions. Plus the staff explains you a lot of things, awares you etc. At Bella Mela they don't really take time to speak with you. Not a bad experience, but I will not take any other sessions with them.

Not a very friendly staff member. Bought a groupon voucher to do a glycolic salisylic and vitamin A peel. Went for the treatment yesterday the staff only did half the treatment from what was mentioned in the voucher. Called her today to find out why..... she says..." oh that was an old advertisement..you should have looked at our facebook page for details on the treatment". When I asked her why she didnt tell me about this when i called in to make an appointment or when i came in for the treatment, she said, " Sorry I have another client now,, you can email me", and hung up the phone. Not only that the staff left the treatment room too often to use the computer, leaving me under the steaming machine and IR lamp. Not sure whether she washed her hands before touching my face again. No gloves. Very rude and absolutely no regard for customer safety and satisfaction, or even show the decency to apologise. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever!!

The worst experience ever, the lady is terribly rude and never listen to any reasons. I feel like I've wasted my money and my time plus the machine takes ages to hit up . Very dessapointed
