‘Thinned' my hair and took massive chunks out of the lower layers of my hair, now left with one massive chuck only 1 inch in length, rest of my hair is shoulder length. Didn’t own up to her mistake, let me leave and charged full price. Was reading a magazine and having tea while she cut my hair so only noticed when I blow dried my hair at home...so dishonest and upsetting. Oh and a wedding to go to this week and now can't wear my hair up. Won't be coming back.
