The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was a bit nervous as I had not used their service before but was very quickly impressed and calmed by the staff’s professionalism. I felt comfortable the whole time and usually have a lot of anxiety having people touching me especially a new beautician. This was not the case with their lovely staff.  I had my makeup done professionally the next day and the makeup artist almost forgot to do my eyebrows as they looked so good.  Will be using again in the future.Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow waxing

Absolutely top level service at Wax'd. The girls were so friendly and made you feel comfortable the whole time. Was a short wait  but not long for a walk in service. I've been going here for about 4 years and the girls are amazing!.  They each are friendly and do a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I always walk away happy with the results.

Got a wax done. Came home with chunks of wax all over me and huge areas still had lot of long hairs untouched. I understand hair can break but it wasn't even waxed and I paid for it to be waxed. I have spoken to friends about it who have said they have had bad experiences there too. I have now had to spend even more money getting it fixed. I have been told by people close to me I should of got after wax care which I never got. I have had to race home sticky. I will never be returning again.

I have always had pleasant visits with the girls at waxed helensvale, I especially enjoy the small talk, and want to thank the girl who waxed me today as well as inform me of an app called co-star star sign app that is pretty accurate.
