I’ve been coming here for my fortnightly pedicure for two years now. I am always greeted by name and the team consistently do a thorough and excellent job. Never rushed, never sloppy, I have always left feeling like I had a full and quality service. Very clean and hygienic.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

The "boss lady" yelled in my face because I asked one of the staff to redo one nail. I waited over 30 min for my manicure to dry, they use bad quality nail polish that doesn't dry. No one told me how long it would take, the woman yelled it takes "2 hours to dry, we are busy and closing now" I had been there since 3pm and they couldn't finish a Manipedi within 2 hours, and made it all look like my fault. Before this I had been a frequent customer, the manager man was usually nice to us. I am still shocked at the way that woman yelled at me for a simple request.

Walked in asking for an infill for my acrylic nails. Was told that the fake nails were lifting and that it would be $65 for a new set. I decided to have the acrylic nails removed instead and have a coat of polish painted over my natural nails. The lady then proceeded to cut my natural nails and file them down to nothing. I was shocked and told her that I had specifically asked to keep the length as I have been attempting to grow them out for my upcoming formal event for graduation. She then proceeded to rudely tell me that what she was doing was fine. Not to  mention the pulling of my hands and aggression in the way she performed the entire service. By the end of the session, I was charged $45 for a basic polish and left with absolutely ruined nails. I am incredibly disappointed with the outcome. I left the store after begrudgingly paying and decided to go back to discuss this issue. My nan came with me and we asked to speak to the manager. After telling him I was unhappy with the service, he walked away and had the lady who did the job come over to me. She had the same smart attitude from the beginning and refused to refund. She expected me to agree to have her remove the polish altogether which I refused as I would truly be left with nothing. The manager took her story for merit and left me upset when walking out the door. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Both the lady and manager were incredibly rude and could not care less about their customers.

I had a great experience, I came 20 mins before closing, knowing the possibility of being turned away and honestly expecting it. They said that was fine and I took a seat. I've had a few bad experiences with getting my nails done, sometimes it can be rushed and can even hurt but this nail technician was just amazing. I didnt get my nail technician's name but I'm pretty sure her name started with an X and she was so lovely! I pick at the skin around my nails sometimes when I'm feeling anxious, so I have cuts around there and acetone of course burns. My technician was so careful with those cuts I've unfortunately never had someone try to make me feel so comfortable during a manicure, she really took her time to make sure the nails were done right and didnt cut any corners. She went over time salon was supposed to close at 5pm but she stayed back until 5:15pm to properly finish and take care of my nails I am so happy with the result and I really got my value for money, Thank you for the great service!!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

This place is disgraceful. They sit you down with a promise of one price then add $30 on. If you use eftpos they charge you an extra $10. My daughters nails looked like stick on from Kmart! These are crooks running this place stealing peoples money!!!

Staff were rude, speaking in the native language and making comments after I showed them my nails... The lady didn't follow the instructions I asked for and wanted to charge extra $15 just for cutting the cuticles. Don't waste your money and go the one next to KMart.Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

This nail salon refused to allow me to use a mobility aide in the salon Mobility scooter. So I was unable to get my nails done here. This has not been a problem at other nail salons. Highly disappointing attitude towards people with a disability.

My wife had a pedicure today. Service was fantastic and price was fair. She was very happy with the outcome and will definitely go there again.
