Stephen recently brought my Sunrise Beach property into compliance with the 2022 smoke alarm requirements. He is a very good communicator, understands urgency, is very responsive and does what he says he's going to do when he says. He's a rare find in this region, in my experience. A true professional!

We have been using Steve for our renovation for the past 6 months. We live in an old home which has needed a lot of rewiring, upgrading of the main electrical board and replacement of all the lights with modern down lights, replacement of fans and any other work needed.
