Paul Matters Electrical

Hi Paul, it is not often that I make the effort to contact contractors to share my thoughts on their great service. However just recently. We have always been very happy with the service from all the men who have come to our home over many years. Connor impressed us with his professional and positive attitude. He engaged us personally and helped find suitable answers to our electrical issues. What I liked about Connor was that he was interested and remembered our names. Utterly utterly useless. Staff are rude, technicians are inept. Never ever have I had a warranty job end up costing me an out of pocket expense. Now I am being ignored with no follow up call. Have had another company service the item they installed and they were left scratching their heads as to how it is actually working. Wouldn't even get them to change a battery in my TV remote.

I own a company called Prestige Holiday Homes and manage around 30 holiday homes on the Sunshine Coast. I have been dealing with Paul Matters Electrical for around 15 years. My personal experience of their customer service has been excellent. The technicians employed by Paul are of the highest standard and the admin staff are also most helpful. On Boxing Day I had guests in one of my houses that lost power and after a call to Paul he was there within the hour. You don't get much better than that..thank you Paul.

The staff at Paul Matters were fantastic. When we had to reschedule the appointment they went above and beyond to fit in with our very tight time line. Thank you for a very professional and friendly experience.

I have managed a resort in Noosa Heads for 12 plus years and have dealt with Paul Matters Electrical since my management takeover. They are professional, pro active and their customer service is second to none. Paul Matters Electrical are a family owned business operating in the area for many years. They have an excellent reputation and their staff are exemplary. I can highly recommend them.
