Went today to take my 8 and 11 year old (very capable swimmers). Was told on arrival that I needed to pay to go in, $22. I thought it was ridiculous to have to pay so much when I wasn't even going in. I reluctantly agreed, because my kids were disappointed. I went back to pay and was told that I actually had to be in bathers and go on the activities with the children and that it's a Victorian government regulation. I've never had to at the local pool! What a money grubbing rip off that's not made clear before hand. Now I have disappointed kids. Thanks, water wild.

Extremely Rude staff when asked for soap and water to wash my hands after using the toilets. Was told we were lucky they provided toilets and it is what it is. I was then told to wash my hands in the pool where everyone was swimming. Can’t express enough how much the service was terrible and standards Absolutely disgusting. A call has been made to the local council as its only a matter of time before someone becomes sick swimming in Water where people wash their hands after using a toilet!!!

We arrived at the park at 3.20 and paid $75 entry for a family. We were thoroughly enjoying the park, although some of the slides could have done with more water on them and in the bottom. Our disappointment came when they shut 40mims later at 4pm. The owner kindly informed us that there was a sign out the front. My thoughts were it would have been common courtesy for the girl at the desk to tell us the place was closing in 40 mins before she took my $75 😡

Over priced Some of the attractions not in working order. And you have to pay to supervise your own children which is not only good parentung but common sense. What a joke. Go . And spend yor money else where
