As a sportsman, one of my favourite places in Melbourne. The facilities are amazing and the price is very very reasonable. I recommend getting the off-peak pass which still covers most of the day if you can make it work. The gym is huge, with all sorts of equipments and multiple free weight areas.nnThere are 2x 50m swimming pools indoors and outdoors, a 25m pool, kids areas and a sauna and spa. The facilities are very clean, well staffed and would happily buy a yearly membership if I was living in Melbourne.
First time back @ MSAC since renovations.nAwesome facilities & super cool Crew nMitch I believe to be the area manager has been swimming there from ten years young.nHe’s a very personable guy with terrific ability dealing with people.nI’m signing up as the Pensioner rate is just ok
I recently joined MSAC and signed up for a membership, and so far my experience has been excellent. The centre offers a wide range of facilities, classes, and different areas to access, making it great value for money.nnI highly recommend the Coach by Colour cycling class, for all fitness levels. Anna is incredibly motivational and welcoming, especially if you’re new to cycling or just starting your fitness journey. Anna’s class strikes the perfect balance between challenging and fun.nnMy first visit to the gym was a really positive one. Artu completed my initial body scan and program—he’s knowledgeable and thorough, and clearly knows his stuff. Mikaela guided me through my program for the first time; she was professional yet approachable, helping me feel at ease as a newcomer. If you choose the right times, the gym is a pleasure to use—not too crowded, with modern machines that are easy to work with.nnOverall, almost every staff member I’ve encountered at MSAC has been helpful, supportive, and genuinely invested in looking after members. It’s been a great restart to my fitness journey.
basketball stadium is shocking service, there are not enough seats anywhere, staff were rude, not allowing us to sit anywhere but the few chairs they provide. Refs were terrible and rude, and completely bias in a FINAL game. Asked for a supervisor and no one would come and watch. Just terrible management. Such a nice stadium and they can’t afford good staff or refs? Absolutely shocking. This lady I’ve meet many times and is always so terrible. Fire her please
One of the best multi-sporting facility in and around Melbourne city. Options for indoor games basket ball, volleyball, badminton and an aquatics centre as well. Traffic / parking will be a headache on a busy day..other than that fantastic experience.
