I came here for dinner last night with a few people, it was busy and the lighting of the venue was great. I am dissatisfied that upon entry I was advised we can only be in the venue for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I was disappointed with the long line for the food and even for the dessert bar. With the conclusion of my visit, I was most dissatisfied that a waitress would interrupt us to tell us we have 10 minutes left. This venue is also very expensive compared to others. But I must give credit where credit is due... And that's to the chefs that make this venue happen, the quality of the food goes to these hardworking chefs and cooks. Vegetarian options: Some food items contain no meat. Parking: Plenty of car parking is available
My very first time here and big queue to get in. Being with two kids I tried to take them to the inside playground as I was waiting for the queue to move and I was treated like I was some kind of a criminal that was not going to pay for my entrance to the premises. Let's see how the food is going to be.... back again just to let you know that food wise was actually good.
Honest review: Customer service is 3 stars. The hostess did not greet us or said hi to us but instantly asked if we have booking. The restaurant itself is nice and spacious enough. There was a good amount of food selections to eat. There was asian food, some pasta, chips and roast meat with gravy, salads, curries, limited seafood i wish they had prawns. The desserts were good as well. I love the chocolate pudding. Overall a good buffet experience for $35. I’d say it’s worth it.
Came here with a large group of friends for the buffet. Excellent service from all involved. Security were friendly and helpful. Staff cleared the table regularly and checked in on us. Bar fully stocked and a few of the guests really loved that Huge variety of cuisines that were stocked up regularly so everybody was happy. The time of 1hr 50mins was good for us to enjoy food and conversation, but if you are a serious all-you-can-eater, maybe come alone so you don't get distracted by your friends. Staff do give you a warning so you don't need to worry about the time while you eat. Ensure you leave room for dessert as the mango pudding is to die for!
I used to really enjoy the food here.. perhaps I was a little naive when I was younger. The food here is okay, needs a bit more variety. You always leave feeling full, but not completely satisfied. There was a lady working who was clearing our table.. she was super friendly! Highlight for me was the curry and the chocolate cake with chocolate sauce and ice cream of course.
It's been a long time since we have been to the Watergardens hotel, and tonight we had a 30th there. The food was fresh and topped up constantly, and the range of food was good. There are 2 start times 6-7.50 and 8-9.50. The staff weren't pushy as we stayed right up to 7.50pm. They have a great playground for the kids, and mine had a ball. Prices for adults were a little bit high in my opinion, but I guess some people make up for others. I'm guessing booking is essential as it was packed. Overall, it was a great experience.
I love this buffet. It has great variety of foods to try. Its just that when people try to cook different Cuisines, they bring people who don't know what they are doing. Once i tried the biryani, and it had rose water in it. This is just not the way to make it. And i know people make mistakes, but if you could, bring in more cuisines from the middle east and bring in chefs that know what their doing. I love the food that is being served but i would also love for more cuisines to come through. Thank you for all the chefs who work hard. Cheers !
I don't see many all you can eat places anymore and if I do I'm hoping I don't get sick. This place is really nice to dine at! Strangely the food is really good, its kept clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. So far I can't fault itFood: 5/5
A huge thank you to the staff at Watergardens Hotel. They were beyond friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces . I had my 30th there on the weekend and it was great. A large variety of food and dessert, the pasta buffet was very popular. My guests were happy. The only thing that I would fault is the crazy line to get in and the line for the food that came into our seated area. These things can't really be helped, although they did take in 5:30pm and 6pm sessions together which is why it was so busy. Kid-friendliness: The servings of chicken nuggets and chips make the kids in my group very happy.
I was bitterly disappointed at the poor quality of food. My booking was for 6.30 we walked out at 7.05. A wasted $104 for three people. The complimentary bottle of table water didn't even arrive. Don't bother complaining because it's shrugged off by staff. Start standing accountable for your poor service and offer refunds. Don't waste your money people.
