Churros texture was amazing. Warm, crispy. Paired with melted dark and white chocolate, it was really good! And cake was okay. But real chocolate shake really bad tasteless drink packing also very worst and too expensive
Came at night wasn’t so busy. Didn’t have any issues getting our sugar hit after dinner for some ice-cream. Guy behind the counter scooped me a big portion so to him! Cheers!
The service is friendly but slow. The food and drinks are nice but not really good value for the price you are paying. This place seems to do well with a steady number of people even so... #churrios #hotchocolate
Best place to visit in Watergardens if you are craving fresh and warm churros with your choice of dip. Even their gelato's are good. Highly recommend this place.
I always come by during the weekend for a mocha. My man at the machine creates an amazing mocha. If you can appreciate, he puts real chocolate in the milk and froths together... amazing. You cannot find many Baristas that do this..Food: 5/5
Usually I receive really good service here but today my family and I waited nearly an hour. Everything came out different times my youngest niece received her food last which was terrible. Really not happy especially when you pay a lot of money for your food
Recently visited here on a weekday evening for a hot white chocolate, was handed a milk hot chocolate instead, raised this to the girl at the counter and she seemed the least interested in listening. She did bring out another hot white chocolate without any apology or saying a single word while handing it to me! However there was a strand of hair in the second one and I just left it and walked off! Used to be one of my fav places to have a hot white chocolate but not anymore! The staff are the least interested in providing any customer service and act as if they are being forced to work there!
I've been in many San Churro branches, however it was only Christine from this branch explained to me in details what to do with the points I am earning. She's saying that I need to register in the app to avail & use my points that was accumulated already... awesome customer care & service!
Nice place, great customer service from Dilan who opened the stuck door for us and also ran after us to give us something we forgot. 5 star recommendation just for dilans service. And not to mention Dilan ensured to give us napkins as we all hate when people forget napkins.
Sitting here watch person after person who ordered after me get their food. Been waiting 30mins asked staff who so rudely told us it's a big order. 4 drinks and a box of churrios shouldn't be that big at a churrios shop. To top it off they bring a couple items 20mins before the rest. I'd avoid and go to Max Brenner unless you have an hour to waste and don't want to eat as a family.
