An unassuming hole in the wall kind of a fish and chips place that served me what I believe is the BEST fish and chips I’ve had in years! We packed it to go to the park and it was suchhh a treat! Fish flake and barramundi was fresh and beautifully fried and seasoned with chicken salt amazing, btw if you’ve not tried. It was tender and batter still held well together despite being packed and traveling to the picnic place for about 10mins. Chips were amazing - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I could not stop. And the nice potato bits were just a treat! Highly recommend. Affordable too!
Ordered a take away meal and was just below average, my local fish and chip shop was closed so thought I’d try this place. Ordered flakes, chips, Calimari rings, hotdog in batter, fish cake, potato cake and crab sticks. Each item was average. I asked for everything to be crispy but it was more towards the soggy side. Overall below average 2/5 I tried this because my local shop was closed and the rating on google was 4.6 After having the meal and reading the reviews I realised most likely 90% of the comments with 1 review are fake.
The people that left 5 star reviews on here either haven’t been anywhere else or they’re fake accounts. It’s not great. Soggy and oily to say the least. Smileys is a much better option.

I order two potatoes cakes but the gave me FOUR! So generous! The cakes were nice and crispy! For a cheap price. I'm coming back!

The best fish and chips store in town! The Scallops were exquisite and succulent, the customer service was impeccable and amiable! I loved the store's atmosphere and environment, I'm definitely visiting this place again! Great job!!
Not only are the chips delicious here and everything else on the menu but the customer service is one of the nicest ones you'll find anywhere. They are so sweet and loving and nice.
