I paid 16$ for manager special car wash but my car was still dirty as hell, no way to contact anyone. Disappointed
Have been coming to this wash depot since high school and today was the first negative encounter I have had with a worker.nEvery time I have come to use the car and dog services the workers there have made it clear that it is a first come first serve basis so whatever bay is free when you arrive, is the bay you use.nnI arrived with my little family and parked in the parking spot across from the first bay. As soon as the car left that bay I waited abit to see if anyone was going and when I saw nobody going I drove up. As I drove up, the female worker Savelina ran to my car and told me to leave the space. I asked her why as I was the only car toward that space and she said wash depot is a car by car service. I argued the point that this has always been a self service first come first serve experience and she claims that not when she’s working.nnShe stood in front of my car and told me to leave or she will switch the bay off. I shared with her my frustration as nobody has ever made us do this in all the years we have been coming and when this changed. She moved to my drivers window and refused service. As I drove a little further in the bay she said she has turned off the water and she will not serve me.nnI asked her to explain where on the website and signage’s does it say a car by car service and the whole point of a self service is so that we can come in and out no hassle. I also shared with her that the other workers don’t do this and somewhere along their training there was a miscommunication as to what their roles were.nnI asked for the bosses number as I googled it and the number was invalid. I found a second number for Hugh and called him countless times as well as left a voicemail. I also asked Savelina to call her boss as she was petty enough to turn off the water whilst my child sat in the car. A mere conversation and explanation would have just sufficed but she jumped straight to turning off the water.nnUnprofessional and unreasonable. Inconsistent in service and wash rules.
Best self-service carwash in town. I’ve been coming here religiously for years. Each self service wash bay has a range of different cleaning options and I always get a better clean here than than using any other automatic wash. Get stuck in.nnHamish DorringtonnKakapo Business Sales
Great car wash with excellent facilities! Dog wash outlets are available here too. It's a large scale setup with plenty of car was booths and vacuuming areas. They even have a couple of touchless wash booths. Open 24 hours, pricing can be seen in some of my pictures.
