Fantastic service and great bang for my buck, they went the extra mile so to speak and cleaned more than I paid for; while such a service cannot ever your expectation when paying for something, when it happens, one should notice and give credit as credit is due.  In all fairness my expectation is and should always be, getting exactly what I paid for, that ought to be our minimum threshold, how well that expectation is met is the difference between 4 and 5 stars.  However whenever that's exceeded, such as giving a 5/5 effort and then doing a little more, then it's an automatic 5/5 since cannot rate it any higher.  To finish thus review, I cannot say you will get that extra mile of service, but the quality I received for what I wanted and paid for accordingly, that in itself was excellent and already deserving of a 5/5 rating... so I hope your experience is likewise.

Do not purchase cleaning services from this company. My Mother a regular customer took her car to Rub A Dub yesterday, while they were very quiet. Despite the slow day for Rub A Dub, they took 1 hour and 30 mins to partially clear her car. They left the boot totally untouched. When she called to raise this with them, they said she should bring the car back. Given the lead-up to Christmas, time limitations meant this was an unreasonable expectation. My Father called this morning for a refund, in response to which he was laughed at and ridiculed. I then called and explained that section 9 of the Consumer Guarantees Act sets out that we are in fact legally entitled to a voucher, which Rub A Dub confirmed. When my Father turned up just 30 minutes ago to obtain the voucher, he was refused and told to leave. In summary, the objective of taking the car was to alleviate Christmas time pressures, but in fact, the poor service and customer service have halted this plan. Incredibly unfriendly service. Will not be returning and would not recommend a visit to anyone else.

One of my friend recommended me. Took  my new Honda Civic 2022 for a wash and detailing. Got pathetic car service, pathetic customer service. Their car wash machine scratched my car through the front to back door see photos. Asked the guy who i paid to for service and he is like its not the machine issue and started shouting. Been twice now and both times have been slightly disappointed in the finished product. Found many dirty water marks on the car, when I wipe it with my finger it comes off black. The windows were still dirty and only appeared to have had a minimal wipe. I guess that's what you get for the more affordable price.

First time visit for me and I have to say, these guys were very efficient and did a brilliant job on my car.  Amazing service. Without a doubt will be my regular go to place from now on

Bought a deluxe $75 clean/ wax./ all. Disappointed in results. Vacuuming and interior  "meh."They took my car behind the store& when I wanted to get something out of it saw 2 young 10 yr old boys taking out my stuff & was told I could NOT go back to my car!Don't think he wanted me to see the kids going thru it  and the "half -pie "clean they did.  Wasn't great for $75. Will find someplace else.Services:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Had an worst customer experience of my life of car wash service at Rub a Dub Epsom. Short midget guy I think he is the owner or manager was extremely rude and aggressive. I asked him couple of questions after the "King car wash" about my car's tail lights that soap remains inside - he sarcastically laughed first and said how he would suppose to know. Then i was about to take pic pictures of tail lights and he snatched the phone from my hand and started screaming on me that why i am recording him - and threw my phone away which cause damage to phone i was just about to take pictures of my car. I had to file a report to police since he snatched my phone and damaged it. Hoping that police can teach him some manners. "I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE RUB A DUB CARWASH SERVICE AT ALL EVEN IF IT'S FREE". YOU MIGHT BE THE NEXT VICTIM!

Been to rub a dub 3 times now and have come back with a semi clean car. Paid $75 for a full valet and received a half clean. I’ve requested it be looked over after the 1st time it wasn’t cleaned probably and it still comes back with dirt on it. If ur looking for a proper clean do it urself as they never do it up to my standardServices:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Good service, although a bit careless with things inside the car. However, cannot fault the cleaning process. Good waiting area with cafe and clean toilets on site.
