Wow! This would have to be the best electrical store in Warwick, no Queensland, even Australia, no wait... the world! OK, that might be a tiny bit of an exaggeration, but honestly, if you're looking for every conceivable household appliance, a cable for that new gadget you bought but lost the box for... and so much more, these guys have you covered. But seriously, what have they got?   They've got the lot, that's what. AND... their service is something out of the history books.  They have a real "Old School" approach to customer service with genuine friendly, professional staff that back up their awesome assistance with knowledge, experience and a price tag that will make you think you hitched a ride in Doc's, Delorean... way back in time. So, if you need anything for the castle or even your very own home on wheels, do yourself a favour and visit the team at Warwick Betta Home Living, they're just awesome.
Will never shop there again. Purchased a phone that didn’t have the charger with it as was stated on the box it came in and the owner continued to insist that Telstra had removed it. The issue could have been resolved within a matter of minutes instead the owner was quite aggressive in her attitude while accusing us of being aggressive. We were intending to buy other items from that store but because of her attitude we purchased the goods elsewhere. While we found the other staff members very helpful, as the owner, she should have done better.
Wonderful service, and prompt delivery. The gents who took care of me were fantastic. Both are a credit to Betta Electrical, Warwick. Definately more that 5 star service! Thank you.

The salesperson was extremely informative and helpful. We came out with a lot of new knowledge about the tv that we purchased as well as modern tvs in general. We would highly recommend Warwick Betta Home living as there were no negatives in buying local at all.
This is my second visit to Betta Electrical Warwick in the past twelve months and I’ve got to say it’s been great dealing with the Warwick Betta Team on each occasion. Daniel has looked after me on both occasions. However, service here is a team effort, Cait, her husband and the other well-mannered younger man forgive me I do not remember all names, we’re all a part of my purchase experience. Product knowledge with Daniel was excellent, then at the counter finalising my purchase all the team were able to assist Daniel with what I wanted and when it would come, all the options and long codes and numbers they knew by heart. Awesome team, each of them fresh, clean and well dressed. I even noticed the men all had shiny shoes, not to mention the store and all goods squeaky clean, merchandised so well. I truly cannot fault my interaction and experience with the Warwick Betta Electrical this past year. They are an easy choice for me, a joy to be with, I feel safe in their hands when purchasing all things electrical. We are so fortunate to have this Local, professional Team looking after us. We bought our fridge from Betta Electric just recently, and the service could not have been better. We are very happy with our appliance. We also bought our washing machine from there a few year ago and that's why we went back to Betta Electrics. Excellent service and great prices! Please shop locally for all your electricals. I can guarantee that Kate and the team will look after you with great products and fantastic prices as well. No need to go to Toowoomba or Brisbane or even online; support local and they will look after you. I've bought everything we need for our new build from Betta Electrical Warwick.
Purchased a Panasonic air con few years ago from this store, and just recently a Hisense Air Conditioner for my flat. Excellent service as always from Robert at Betta Home Living at Warwick. Has become my one stop shop for all things electrical.
