It's a medium size store servicing a large region. People will come from a long way to purchase items they need. As such the Click and Collect service is very important. The staff l found were all friendly and very helpful. However not all had the expertise needed to satisfy every shoppers need. Having said that it is Bunnings and they do carry most items. Check online first and phone in to confirm the item is there before making a long trip in.
Worst Bunnings I've ever been too. Heaps of staff but no one knows what they are doing. Worst service I've ever experienced. Not enough parking spaces. Tradesman can't access the Trade section because people are parking there and going inside to wander around. If you need gas bottles, you have to park a million miles away and lug heavy bottles to your car. They should have kept the old building at least you could access everything more easily and if you need to hire young staff members, at least give them better training in the departments they work in.
Good service from staff, priced moreso towards DIY than builders these days, but I do like the garden centre.
Being a bunnings advocate, I'm glad they put the store within walking distance of the motel we stayed in. It's a goodun. Bigger than my local stores, so it was fun checking out what they had in store. Well worth the visit.

The staff here are so friendly, you always walk into the store with a customer service person smiling at you and asking if they can help. They are always willing to help and know where to find exactly what you need. I’ve had things ordered from Toowoomba that get here really quickly when not available in store too so don’t be afraid to ask cause they’re always willing to bend over backwards for you. Our kids love coming here for the playground, the sausages and the ARK cats every now and then on a Saturday or a Sunday. Over Father’s Day weekend and on other holidays they put on awesome ‘Spin the wheel - win a prize’ type events and give away free stuff for the kids where our kids ended up with a Bunnings cap, soccer ball, frisbee and Lego set!!! They also picked up free hats, shirts, high-vis vests, and other things like mini Bunnings trucks and fork lifts! We love our local Bunnings! The photo was taken on a walk out at Queen Mary Falls, we kept getting asked if we were doing some sort of Bunnings promo No, but if they ever need walking billboards - we’ve got three!
Great staff who are very helpful, didn't have the item needed store size, but verified the item was in stock at Toowoomba.
Great medium size Bunnings store, has all we need and well stocked. All good here
Friendly staff at the register today however couldn’t say the same for the older lady looking after the kids doing crafts.
