I cannot recommend Groovy Baby enough. The incredible quality and variety of their organic and fairtrade product range is only matched by their outstanding level of service. I personally returned an item to the wrong address and Chrissy owner and manager stepped up above and beyond to collect my item for me and raise a prompt and full refund. Chrissy’s communication and supportive collaboration to fix my mistake was so reassuring and enormously helpful.
