We have all our vehicles serviced here and are very pleased with the quality of work. We have taken a range of European cars there which have always been well looked after. They are a busy company so it may take time before your car can be serviced but I guess being busy is a sign of repeat customers. On a number of occasions they have rescued me when I had an automotive emergency or urgent issue. I have found both Warren and Jason to be very helpful and professional.

Exact same experience, My car was due for a pre-purchase inspection (which the buyer had organised) , I dropped it in early and sat inside for 40 minutes before the buyer returned and the car hadn't moved. Guy came out saying it was busy understandable however I received no apology just excuses. Turns out a 1 appointment meant they couldn't see the car till 1:50 (note this was after prompting, and wouldn't finish the inspection for approximately 1:40 hours from when I arrived, and I was expected to wait. The only redeeming factor was again the receptionists who were friendly.
