Broadway Auto Electrical

I had a faulty reversing bulb on my car. I called a car electrician from another company who quoted me half an hour's charge to look at it, so I then called Broadway Auto Electrical. Not only did the 2 awesome mechanics offer to look at the car right away on a late Saturday morning, they spent almost half an hour finding and correcting the issue, and when I offered to pay them for their time declined and said it was for free. Such great service offered by these professionals. I cannot recommend them more highly. Will be my go to from now on.

Really disappointed. Despite clear verbal & written instructions as to what needed doing the staff didn't do it. They did claim to have fixed something that wasn't broken stating "we assumed that's what you meant" but didn't do what was requested.A customer for 10+ years won't be going back.
