I've had to use these guys on a number of occasions unfortunately - but it's always been as pleasant an experience as is possible under the circumstances.
The repairs have always been great, in a decent timeframe, and communication was good. I was also able to get a courtesy vehicle that was suitable for me to use it while my work vehicle was out of action.

We had the privilege of been taken care of by the team at Dittmers.  Not only was the panel work and paint job immaculate, the customer service was top notch.  The courtesy car service is so helpful and the team even passed on my car onto the auto electrician for me.  If you want service THIS IS IT!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! RUDE UNFRIENDLY. UNRELIABLE, TOOK WAY TO LONG, NEVER GO HERE! DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL .
