My friend recommended Dr Pillay as I have really struggled with finding a GP who will actively listen, as well as be friendly and welcoming in general. Dr Pillay lived up to everything my friend said. He is so friendly, welcoming, and kind, and actually listens. Did he run behind? Sure. However in my experience, thats a sign of a good doctor. Instead of churning through patients every 10 minutes, he doesn't rush you and if that means everyone having to wait a little longer, to me thats a small price to pay. I also appreciated the receptionist letting me know about the delay so I had the choice of killing time or rescheduling if I wasn't able to wait.

I found the receptionist judgemental and rude, lecturing me about not ordering enough scripts for the xmas period without even knowing my circumstances. My mother has late stage dementia and is on medication that can only be ordered monthly, I had no choice about not having a supply available.nIf I was running the clinic she would no longer be working there. Very unhappy.

The Doctor's are some of the kindest, most caring people Ive ever met, and they always take the time to listen to all that you have to say.nThe reception staff and nurse are also incredibly welcoming, considerate and caring.

Words can't express the extent of the quality of this practice. The doctors are all very professional, helpful, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable; I can't praise Dr. Kerbi enough, she's a one of a kind doctor.nnI have been to my fair share of GP clinics, both good and bad. And I trust the doctors and other staff at WFM above them all.nnThe reception staff always welcome you with kindness and will go above and beyond to assist in any way, big or small, without complaint. The staff at the Pathology section always ensure you have a smile and a laugh. No one is ever made to feel judged or disrespected, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and inclusive.nnThe location itself is wonderful. The practice is located walking distance to public transport, has plenty of avaliable parking, and features ramps for accessibility. The wide range of services available on site allow people to get necessary healthcare - such as immunisations or blood tests - without needing to go to an additional location. It is also always impeccably clean. You will never find rubbish laying around the waiting area, and the bathroom is always immaculate and maintained. Plus the layout of the waiting room is also very open, with an outside view featuring some beautiful greenery.nnI can't thank the staff at WFM enough for their years of quality care and compassion. Honestly, five stars isn't enough.

I love the doctors at WFM and up until now the receptionists have all been wonderful but I am disappointed that asking to have an email sent through for my daughters sick certificate was such a strain..and then to not apologise when it was clear that you'd not taken the correct email down and were even trying to get me to drive in and pick it up because it was way too much trouble to try sending it again..sorry but sometimes it's got to be said some people just aren't suited to their job.
