Positives: lovely modern designed clinic. Seen 5 different Drs, and have all been pretty good so far, very professional, kind, helpful. Good online booking system. Decent size Dr rooms. Negatives: Extremely hard to get an appointment without a few days to weeks wait. you can't exactly predict when you or family members are going to fall sick the drs encourage on the day appointments for urgent matters however the reception staff need some further training in triaging this. The receptionists also need to show more compassion and friendliness over the phone,
Had Covid vaccine here as my general clinic had nothing available. We organised and friendly team. Much appreciated.
Fantastic doctors. Fantastic administrative staff. Very helpful, caring, took the time to answer any and all questions. Went through this place with my pregnancy and can’t recommend them enough.
It doesn’t matter which doctor I have seen here, they have all been truly wonderful. Hats off to you all.
