I got my annual flu shot, and Covid vaccination here together with my family. We always have a good experience visiting this clinic for 3 years now. Doctors and staff are all lovely. I like that they have ample carpark space for their customers. Our family have no reason to change clinic Bulk billing? YES! Tip: Book your appointment on a Sunday so that you don't have to wait longer. Although we don't mind waiting coz it is worth waiting
My son was reviewed in such a friendly, professional way at this clinic on a public holiday! We were new patients here, looking for a review after days of persistent symptoms and it was wonderful to find someone like Dr. Shasi to see him. Thank you.
The service here gets worse and worse. When Dr Helen and Dr Ian were there it was great but now, they kept us waiting an hour and didn't even care. We had to just leave because they told us to rebook. We are never going there again!! Update: wow your response is worse than the service! My name has nothing to do with it. It's ridiculous the terrible management, no people skills. So much arrogance! You're killing a practice that was very good previously! I Did NOT leave at 29 minutes. I was sitting there with my two kids crying the whole time because it took more than an hour! Everyone was coming and going except us! There was no nurse that day i told that the doctor was going to do the vaccine and that Steve was too busy to go get the vaccine from the fridge! One hour after!! The clinic we go to now is normal and runs smoothly. Please don't respond I'm not interested and you're doing more harm than good to the reputation of Vic St Medical! We hadn't been there in a long time and I thought I'd try it. But regretted it big time!!
Actually the WORST DOCTORS IV EVER BEEN TOO I don't know why iv given this place so many chances because I can't even think of a time where iv had a positive feedback the last straw is they booked us all for flu shots and there not even open. Update: sorry but no I didn't book online I rang the clinic and the women on the phone booked us all in for this date I'm not even going to even elaborate on my other experiences because it would look worse.

Good Morning to the beautiful Team of the Victoria Street medical Center. First of all I would like to say thank you to all of you for looking after me. A special thanks to Dr. Nazish Durrani for listening to me and providing me the pathway to dealt with my issues. One day, I was in so much pain and called the clinic requesting to see a doctor ASAP. Receptionist made an urgent appointment for me with Dr. Durrani and she spoke to me over the phone. The moral support that she has given was much appreciated. She has performed serval tests on me before giving me any right answer, because my main aim was to go in the depth of the problem. She has referred me to the right person who knows what to do with me. Over all she didnot disappoint me at all and I was able to at least find out what I have to start with. I never receive a call from any doctor for any follow up but she always call to follow up for any circumstances and reports. I felt I am not alone and she really meant and respect what she is doing in her profession. She showed kindness and respect towards me, She makes beautiful eye contact that makes me feel that she knows and understand what I am saying and she is there for me to help. A huge Thank you to Dr. Nazish Durrani again :
Thanks to Dr Nazish Durrani for her accurate diagnosis and referral to specialist support within Victoria St Medical Clinic network. She really cares and I am grateful that my quality of life can improve. I have been a patient at Victoria St Medical Clinic for 3 years, staff are great and it is well worth the 30min drive. Dr Helen Loan is the greatest Dr I have ever had. She is thorough, understanding, friendly and very diligent. In the short time that I have met her she diagnosed a couple of problems that have been previously diagnosed as anxiety by other medical clinics. I cannot speak highly enough of her, she's fabulous and a great credit to Warragul. Phone consults have been easy and informative the clinic request you make an appointment via text for results which is great.
Have seen 4 different GPs at this clinic and they have ways been professional, genuinely caring, up to date and competent. Phone/online consults have been on time varies between GPs, one runs chronically late, one is almost always on time, others in between haven't given us any bad advice and have been patient with me asking a million questions. Will keep going there. I like that it's easy to get appointments, if everyone realised how good a clinic this was it would be harder to get appts...
Me and my family visiting Victoria street medical clinic for last two years and receiving excellent services from all staff and doctors specifically Dr. Dylan and now Dr. Nazish These two are very considering and actually listening what you are saying.
