After not using our spa since moving into our house over a year ago we finally had our first spa night thanks to Warren! An honest bloke who really went out of his way to sort our issues out in the most cost effective manner. We have tried to fix our spa in the past to no avail so were ready to fork out more money or replace the whole gas water heater for a few thousand dollars- but Warren made a point of not ripping us off and repaired our current water heater. Top quality service and just a nice, trustworthy guy- highly recommend!
Warren at Warm Springs is a true professional with the best customer service I've come across in a long time. Warren was prompt with attending, gave me a range of options and when I decided to go another way with the repair of my spa, Warren was only to happy to oblige. I love the updated version of my electric to gas spa. If you're looking to do anything spa related, I highly recommend this guy.
Warren is a legend. We had a running joke at our place which was 'Let's have a spa' which was funny/not funny because our 16 year-old electric spa had not been working for at least 7 years. We had tried to get it fixed before but no-one was interested in coming out to our place it's a bit of a treck or wanted to help. Last week we decided to have another go - Warren called me back as soon as I texted him. He got me to send some photos and came out the next day and worked his magic. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have a working spa again! Thank you Warren :

I came across Warm Springs Pool and Spa Repairs' advertisement on the website as I have a leaking valve and pipes which urgently needed to be fixed. After reading the positive reviews, I decided to call Warren in the morning and he came out in the afternoon to assess the situation. However, spare parts are required to complete the job, and he went out of his way to obtain them and return to finish the job in a timely manner. There was no time wasted, it was a quick assessment, nailed the problem and resolved it on the spot with a reasonable charge fee. Before he leaves, he even sort out the creepy crawler which was malfunctioning. He is a competent professional and personable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who need their pool problems fixed. Call Warren, good service and trustworthy .. you won't regret it!! Thanks Warren, for your prompt response much appreciated.
Warren was very helpful when enquiring about my spa pump and the fault I reported to him. He took the time to explain it would need to be replaced as it had burnt out the low speed spa about 12 years old. He was able to quote from a few photos of my required spa pump and had it installed in about 30 mins. Every other spa service repair place in Perth I tried didn't even have the time to speak about my issues upon learning I was too far too travel. Thanks Warren! Fast reliable service and in good time with this week of 38 degrees heat.
Our spa needed urgent repairs for a party. Warren came out, assessed the problem and fixed the spa quickly. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. We are very happy and would highly recommend Warren for all spa repairs!
A big thanks to Warren who was a wealth of knowledge over the phone. He simplified the process for us in cleansing the spa. He stood out amongst the others we called who couldn't provide the answers we needed. Would recommend Warren to anyone looking for professionalism and someone who's interested in taking the time to help.
Warren fixed my spa in two hours where everyone else told me its too hard. Very good service and would highly recommend him.
