I have attended a number of sessions now, all of the staff I have met are lovely & very knowledgeable. I am feeling a lot ‘lighter’ definitely less reactive to situations & generally feel a lot more positive. I have also been using an at home happier children program on my little boy & I have found he is responding really positively to it. I would definitely recommend to others & especially fir any parents having difficulty with their children this was well worth it!

Before I started at the Brain Wellness Spa I was in a bit of a rut mentally and physically. At that point I was in an extremely dysfunctional relationship that brought out the worst in me. I already suffered with depression and anxiety but it was most definitely at it’s peak. A friend had referred me to the Brain Wellness Spa and I honestly believe it has been the best thing that I could have done at that point. My negative thinking towards the world started to change within the first couple of sessions. I am lucky in the sense that I am aware of my own emotions and when I am getting into a negative space, but at this stage I couldn’t seem to get out of the rut. I am due to finish my last session next week and I can confirm in that time, I have ended the dysfunctional relationship, gotten a hold of my financial situation and have so much clarity with life in general. A huge thank you to both Elaine and Terri for helping with this huge shift in my life that will last life long.

14050 - I am so grateful my friend told me about Brain Wellness Spa. Having attending a few sessions now I feel 100% and my friends are noticing the change in me. Kylie is so approachable and welcoming and I love attending every Wednesday to see what is in store for me. I recommend the Brain Wellness Spa to anyone and everyone!!!

14250 - I have been going to see Terri at Brain Wellness Spa for over a month now and the results have been amazing. At first I wasn't sure about trying Brain Wellness, but after some sessions I am now very confident in saying the results have been incredible so far for me and others I know too! Thank you so much Terri, this experience has been life - changing and I hope it can have this impact on others too!!

I first met Terri Bowman in late 2012 and then again in April 2013, when Terri was my customer for window treatments for her consulting rooms. On the second meeting, I enquired as to what Terri actually offered. Once she explained about the Brain Wellness Spa, I said without hesitation “I could do with some of that…” Not long after this, my relationship of 9 years ended and I contacted Terri to let her know that I had ceased taking my anti-depressants and wanted her help to make sure I never had to take them again and more importantly, to help me deal with the end of my relationship. I began with the initial 8 sessions, to which I immediately felt absolutely amazing and ready to face my future with anticipation and excitement. It’s now 5 years later and I have been anti-depressant free since then. I have also completed the Brain Wellness Spa “Unstoppable You” 10 step program and from time to time I check in to the Brain Wellness Spa to maintain the level of clarity and freedom for my brain to operate in a very busy and stressful world to which we all now live in. I can’t recommend the services of the Brain Wellness Spa highly enough and I have had many friends and family receive excellent results also. Finally, from the time you enter the Brain Wellness Spa, which is beautifully decorated, you feel very warm and welcome. I have also had consultations with a number of consultants and have found them all to be fantastic.
