Story

We bring over 40 years experience in the hair and beauty industry to this location. We focus on relaxation and rejuvenation and use only the very best products and technology available

We aim to provide targeted solutions for every skin concern for both men and women. Results are measurable by Visia Skin analysis undertaken before and at completion of a course of treatments. No one client is the same and a tailored solution is devised at consultation. Anti ageing and acne care are our specialties. We use combination therapy including Quantum IPL photorejuvenation, OMNILUX LED Light therapy, microdermabrasion and enzymatic and chemical peels. We use results driven products including Priori, md formulations, Monoderma vitamin therapy, Decleor and Bare Escentuals id mineral makeup.

Our team comprises senior dermal therapists, paramedical aestheticians, beauty therapists, makeup artists and hairdressers.

Fantastic price and services gor both Hair and Beauty Treatments

I have been attending Effigy Day Spa for many years for both beauty and hair treatment. All staff have always treated me with complete professionalism and friendliness. Lauren is an amazing and talented hairdresser, she always listens to what I want and  I have never walked out disappointed.

If I could give no star I would 

Where to begin 

The staff we're incredible rude all I wanted was some anwsers to my questions and some prices, I was standing at the desk for almost 30 minutes the employees did see me but nonetheless no acknowledgememt what so ever.

A hairdresser which I'm sure her name was Lauren from the pictures on the website, seemed rude and absolutely horrid her behaviour towards another staff member from what I could see was appalling even infront of customers.

In the end I did get the information that I wanted from the only staff member that seemed to know what she was doing was the young one with black hair Samantha, I have looked online and it turns out Lauren was giving me advice in beauty which she is only qualified in hair. 

Reality check is needed.
