My absolute favourite Chinese restaurant in Springvale! Fantastic fresh seafood selection, efficient, attentive and friendly services and most importantly, the consistency in their yummy food!
Great food. Friendly and fast service.
Average. Not bad not good. Lobster special currently. OX sauce pipi with Chinese donut and Beef lettuce fried rice was better than others. Price is OK. Will go back though.

Popular Chinese/Vietnamese restraunt in Springvale, one of the go to places for large or family gatherings. Food is good with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, pretty much anything that flies, swims or walks . Price for dishes are reasonable and service is attentive.
Cheat! Ordered a special $108 one lobster, when it was brought on the table ,no lobster head nor tail were seen.I supposed a whole lobster should have its head head and tail.
Good Prince, great service , highly recommended.
