A wonderful place to visit with family. There were plenty of interactive displays, and both adults and children found the exhibit's interesting and engaging.nnIts modern design is impressive, with bright open spaces, contemporary architecture, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it an enjoyable and educational experience for all visitors.
Hamilton Museum is a great place to spend a few hours. The exhibits are interesting, easy to follow, and well presented, with a nice mix of history, culture, and interactive displays.nThe space is clean, well organised, and family-friendly, and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. It’s a relaxed, enjoyable way to learn more about the Waikato region. Definitely worth a visit.
A great little museum with loads of information. During our visit, we had the chance to create our own art and photograph them as portraits. There is also a treasure hunt to spot particular items on a laminated sheet which keeps the young and old entertained. The astronomy photography was also on and that was truly spectacular to view. Bear in mind that it was an extra fee to view but well worth it. We also explored the kids area which was interesting and would also suit children of the younger age group. Overall a great place to visit especially if you’re looking for an indoor activity.
We mainly went to see Rex Williams our good friends fossil collection. The museum is such an asset to the Waikato district. Plenty to do for young kids and lots to learn for all ages.nPlenty of parking down the side alley.
We took the kids to excite and museum yesterday. Was great day inside when the weather wasn't too good outside. Kids loved the excite part, family pass was good value
