Thanks management. We were never offered a change of cabin it was our request ! You offered us cabin 24 it sleeps 4 ! We are a family of 5. Your suggestion was to put someone on the kitchen floor.. definately in need of some help with customer service. Last year it was a totally different experience and we love the location and general friendly nature of the guests.  Our only suggestion was to be a little more careful with how you decide where your large groups are located and where they can hold religious group functions if this is what you are doing regularly as mentioned, then an allocated area is probably a good idea. Thanks kindly

We had the most wonderful experience here at waihi beach top 10! Awesome facilities with great hours, and just steps from one of the nicest beaches in NZ! The staff there were very caring and understanding, especially Matt as he was there to help us when needed and gave us plenty to do around the area! Would love to visit again

we have been to many top tens around both north and south island and generally we have found them to be pretty good value for money. the waihi beach camp [beach rd] is the biggest rip off ever. way to expensive and very poorly laid out .we will never be back and couldn't wait to leave

This is probably not the cheapest holiday camp however it is one of the best.  Great facilities and very good staff.  Even if it is wet the Waihi Beach kids program certainly keeps them occupied and happy.

Stayed in one of the units that has a king bed in the living room and a bedroom with 6 bunk beds. Really packed place but amazing location with the beach only a couple of minutes away. Also has excellent facilities including a pool. Very clean and tidy.
