Worked at this company and the director ripped off all the staff’s super money. A lot of workplace bullying and lying to clients to mislead them into taking on dodgy investments. Many clients went under from poor financial advice.
Vystal Construction was the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am glad they have gone bust! Workmanship was okay, management was the worst I have ever dealt with. Constant issues, would not fix defects, construction manager was a joke, as was the project manager. Would NEVER even consider using them again for construction. My house was not even built to the correct specificaitions! I had to fight with them! Put in laminate benchtops when I paid for stone. Yes eventually after fighting back and forth I managed to get some refund for this, but god it was hell! Would never reply to my emails, I was one of the first houses on the land in Redbank, but one of the last to finish. How does that work? Other Vystal jobs on my street started after and finished before me..... 0/5.
I would not recommend going through this service! Terrible in relation to getting anything done and no responsibility. Laura Pieterse holds the title Senior Property Manager what a joke! Email from Laura "We have found that your bond money was incorrectly lodged under the previous tenants name by our accounts staff at the beginning of your tenancy, they must have accidently grabbed the wrong lodgment form from the file." Waited almost 2 months for our bond refund to come back and it was the agents fault? Yet we had to be penalised?! Had to follow up with RTA as Laura never returned my calls or emails Avoiding! Everyone in the office is hard to get in contact with. Top notch service providers?! We even went out of our way to use the cleaners provided, yet some of the cleaners no longer clean in that location which the agent wasn't aware of? Maybe this should have been a indication of what we were to face with our bond refund and how efficient the company is. Did everything right and yet the service provided in return was completely rubbish! Would never use this company again and advise anyone I cross paths with about such a terrible service provider!
I have been a supplier of Vystal for a number of years now. More fool me really. If you are a prospective supplier...I warn you to not go near them. They are horrible payers of their invoices. I am constantly chasing them up for payment. In fact, I am still waiting for payment of some pull-up banners I printed for them for an end of financial year event last year. Steer clear. They have a 2.8 google rating for a reason. They have now settle the account
WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.. Don’t put yourself through the agony of this company. After renting a property.. I came to find it flooded with a range of other issues and Vystal were not helpful.. I could never live in it.. they also tried to tell me that I had to plug the other duplex modem into the box in my bedroom. And pay for that electricity. poor communication.. whether i called the office.. their mobile.. emailed or text. I waited days for a response.. Had a toilet that urgently need to be fixed and waited 13 days!! After I had told them I would be finding a liveable property! I moved out due to non liveability and then they tried to take my bond and rent!! After speaking to the RTA I got my bond and rent money back because they would not return my calls or even come out of the office when I went there in person. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Do yourself a favour and find a real estate who invests their time into working for both the owners and tenants and not spending their time looking in the mirror because they were absolutely clueless. The CEO would do a lot better spending money on training his staff and not the “appearance”.
I have had a property manager at Vystal accuse me of being a bad tenant after my complaints of noise from the tenant above me. I have done everything by the book and still have no resolution. It's evident that this property manager has no scruples nor cares.
Vystal made an introductory appointment for us to see their rep Sam. She summarised our financial situation and gave us an investment option to consider. Outstanding rep who put was able to explain the steps in a clear and concise manner.
If I could rate them ZERO stars I would! We are a small children's entertainment business and provided entertainers for their promotional event OVER 9 MONTHS AGO and since then have been chasing them to pay their invoice every week or so. Many promises and still an amount outstanding. HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?! Knowingly doing this to people who have provided services to you in good faith. So much wasted time and heartache trying to get this paid and speaking with your staff who never do a thing to help - I have no idea why anyone want to work for such a company! STAY AWAY! Do not have anything to do with this company. It's appalling.
Absolutely happy with the service provided from the entire team at Vystal. They helped us understand the whole process, guided us through it all, communicated throughout and kept in touch after. Our agent, Zabee, is the most patient person with all this knowledge and all the answers. Thanks for everything
BE WARNED Absolutely putrid company please be warned dont put your family into one of these houses and definitely dont work for them they do not pay there tradesmen and have now have had there building license suspended which is a clear reflection of the product they supply. Please any trades who have had issues with these grubs make contact with me we are going to be running a class action against them and are in talks with a television network who is going to run a story on there tactics they dont want to pay our money we will make sure they get shut down.
