I have known Yoyo for around 4 years, and she has assisted us practically with her wealth of knowledge regarding purchasing investment properties. She and her team also help manage our investment property - they are always prompt with email and chat replies, and for every showing/leasing go above and beyond to help assist us to find not just any tenants, but quality tenants who will not wreck your house. If you're a property owner that cares about your tenants I know you're out there! then I would definitely recommend Midas. By far the best REAs I've dealt with as a renter; no problems getting issues seen to and always really respectful of tenant privacy. I stayed at my Auchenflower rental for 2 years, only reason I didn't stay longer was I'm looking to buy soon myself.
