Buyer beware! These guys are typical of off-the-plan Developers at the moment. We danced with them recently regarding a townhouse property in a new development of theirs in McDowall. Unless you are happy to take their standard, cookie cutter offering you will be sadly disappointed - and all you will have for your considerable effort is a legal bill from your Solicitor! Salesman is typically all smiles and appears to want to help you - as long as you don't wish to make ANY changes to make the property more livable after all it's only at paper or frame stage for you. Don't be duped, avoid off-the-plan projects. We've now had three consecutive bad experiences with 3 different Developers over the course of the past year. Stick to established properties - with rising interest rates and a cooling property market you will get a much better outcome!
