Quite disappointed with one male staff member at this store. Came in to ask for assistance with an android watch still on 16 months contract with Vodafone and a business mobile matter. He couldn’t care less and didn’t want to help. Went to the runaway bay store and they were more helpful.

Told 3 different things by 3 different staff on 3 separate visits to the shop within 1 week only to finally miss out on my pre-order which could have been avoided if I was told the right thing in the first place. Not all a loss though, Telstra and Optus aren't far away...

I went in to the Westfield  Helensvale Vodafone store today. I was served by Emily. She was very helpful & knowledgeable.  She assisted with a follow up call.   She was very pleasant  & an asset to the Vodafone company.  Well done Emily. Superb customer service☺
