Easily the worst experience I have had at a hairdresser. I showed some pictures of what I was after and there was very little discussion after that. I told the stylist I didn't want to go darker than my current colour but just ashy toned. The stylist coloured my hair way too dark, it practically looks black. I have since been experiencing redness and pain to my scalp so I am thinking the colour was left on too long. The haircut was dreadful, the stylist cut way to much off my hair when cutting my fringe even though I already had a fringe so all she really needed to do was trim?. When my hair is out my fringe overlaps my longer hair so it looks like I have half a bowl cut, this is after I had to ask her to come back to me to fix it up and blend it which she tried to do but failed and by that point of was afraid she would ruin it even more so I decided to just pay and leave. I am now having to go to another vivo to have this rectified.Services: Blowouts

Lisa was so funny and cool and she helped me massively. Ya see folks, a month ago I cut my own fringe haha and i looked disgusting lol and Lisa over here, fixed it. She gave me easy to follow advice about my hair type and styling and helped me pick the right products. The whole vibe of that salon was so chill and friendly. Asked for a balayage and came out looking older than my actual age LOL!! Service was good but not my hair! Ole girl burnt my temple and ear with her sharp comb from straightening my hair which made me flinch, but didn’t ask if I was okay, I know it’s unintentional but then it burnt me again three times like WTH!!! I do not like the way they did my hair it’s a bit dated and how she cut my hair was basically how hair I cut my own hair! My hair was damage and texture was hard. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY FRIENDS OR ANYONE. Go to korean Hair salon if you want balayage or want light colors. And a good haircut!

Helen is an amazing Senior stylist who is confident with colours and lightening my hair down to from dark shades to lighter shades to blend in my greys! Love her work. I also take my 5 year old to get her haircut and shes gets such cute treatment. Cuppa milo, chocolate treat, hair washed....
