Shocking service if I’m being completely honest and I won’t ever go back there. I booked to get my hair curled for New Year’s Eve. I walked into the salon 3 weeks prior to the event and booked, I gave them all my details. The week leading up to my appointment I rang to double check they had me, that was a mission in itself. The person that rang me back wasn’t even in the salon and they assured me that they had my appointment all booked, I got there on the day and halfway through my styling I notice that it’s not looking good. I showed the stylist a photo before she started too. I told her a few times I wasn’t happy, she said she would fix it at the end. Well I soon found out that she wasn’t even a hair stylist and that they forgot about my appointment. Absolute disaster of a place! I had to go home and fix it myself, it’s shocking that I booked 3 weeks earlier and they still could not get it right. I wasn’t charged for it and rightfully so. I was there for over an hour so I had to rush home to fix it so that was a bit stressful.

No appointment needed and the wait isn't too long. I've had a facial done here twice, both times were relaxing. I just wish when they put product on your face that they don't put it over my eyes as well. Exfoliant and moiteriser shouldn't go over eyes.

North west brunch- Wont be recommending any more !! It use to be good going there . But after leaving disappointed the last two times Going there I don’t think I want to go back. It was a different lady each time. 1- I think it’s rude asking the customer if they want their upper lip done if the customer hasn’t asked for it to be done. 2- Iv had to fix my eye brows up myself after both lady’s done them as the after result doesn’t even look like they have been done. And last I got cut by the tread!!

When the customers asked what products we used we told them Wella but unfortunately it is not the whole set of Wella - permanent colour is Wella but the peroxide is the Chinese brands and the bleach powder is Clairol and also whenever the customer ask for semi permanent colour the hairdressers there always gave peroxide 3% / 10vol peroxide not the semi permanent peroxide is like they don't know 3% / 10vol is permanent peroxide. Oversea trained hairdressers need to be train in New Zealand 3% / 10vol or 6% / 20vol or 9% / 30vol or 12% / 40vol peroxide there are not semi there are permanent. When l worked there l experienced a Japanese drama queen Kayo lied to boss told the boss l didn't clean blah blah blah when l was the only one clean - she bloody messaged to the boss asked to boss to tell me to clean when l was the one who clean the whole shop all the times. But l am glad l left this salon because the bosses have absolutely no ideas how to treats staff equally and fairly no wonder so many staff left. For the beautician if you know you have bad body odour there is something call perfume or deodorant because one of the beautician she has a real bad body odour.

Had an excellent hair appointment with Kyo the hairstylist. She was professional, very helpful with the colour and cut I wanted to achieve and talked through everything really clearly before doing it. I was really impressed. The only thing I would say is that the two other people behind the desk who weren't that busy could have been a bit more customer friendly by offering me a drink or a magazine, as the hairstylist was busy non-stop.
