The best cut and colour I've ever had! Krista-lee did a beautiful job coloring balayage my natural redish hair. I am delighted by the results which exceeded my expectations. Advice about caring for my curly hair was also helpful.
Extremely unhappy with my hair cut and colour by Shannon. I asked for a cut that was shaping slightly longer towards the front of my hair and slightly shorter at the back and it turned out to be a hack job and the worst hair cut I have ever had. I was not shown the back with a mirror and now I know why. Asked for highlights towards the front of my hair but after looking at it properly when I got home it is really patchy and looks like I have re growth already even though I got it done yesterday. I went back the same day to get my awful hair fixed and did not receive any apology or acknowledgment that it was bad. Still not happy with my hair she just ended up thinning it out too much which I hate now. I literally can cut it better myself. Worst hair cut ever and I spent over $170. Crazy
It is my first experience with Vivo.. And i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for 100% satisfactory results..! Javi is a lovely lady. She did my long hair so well. She is very patient and customer driven. She did her best to give me a stunning look. Thanks Javi Service: Ombre hair color
I've been coming to vivo Te Atatu for about a year and a bit now and have always been very impressed with my hair and just the whole vibe of the salon. I've had my hair done by Monique, Anna, Wendy and Shannon and every time they've nailed it. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The experience is always a treat and you can tell they put 110% effort into looking after their clients. You really do get what you pay for!
Wendy was amazing! Gave me a total different colour and fixed some uneven hair I had been worried about due to a health condition, completely put me at ease
Love getting my hair done here. All of the ladies are awesome, friendly and lovely. I always leave feeling like a princess! Love it!
Krista-lee was able to fix my haircut after it was ruined at a different salon. She walked me through the process, made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job.

Vivo Te Atatu burnt my hair after i spent almost $800. Not sure what was the name of second lady who did my colour and cut, dont think she was even a hair stylist, because she didn't even know how to just trim hair. After burning my hair, she said to me- oh, no one told you this is what's going to happen. As if she doesn't have any responsibility informing or asking her client what they want and what will be the result. That lady seriously doesn't know her work, if I were running this salon i would fire her. Another thing goes for the entire branch - they just want your money, either by upselling stuff on every visit or if you don't have proof of what was quoted, then they increase your prices happened to me. I ended up paying $60 more. Overall experience, I will negative 5. Also, Kerasilk is just some useless treatment never go for it. They will say it will last 6 months if you use it with these shampooswhich costs each $45, but No, reality is it won't even last more 2 weeks even after their recommended products. I will never go to this branch again and won't suggest any of friends and family.
