My first time at Vivid and it was an amazing experience! I had my nails done with calgel I think this sage colour was called E19 by Tommie who paid so much attention to detail.  I had been booked in on the wrong date by mistake but got to come back only an hour later which was not a problem at all! When I had paid and were about to leave I am given the most heartwarming gift for the inconvenience which they absolutely did not have to go beyond themselves to do! I am speachless and its by far one of the nicest things I've experienced! I cannot recomend this place enough, lovely people!

Ladies this is the place to be if you want proper nail art work done- it is a wonderful place, quiet, relaxing, respectful. Special thanks to Masumi-san and Michigan-san for looking after me on the day. My nails are looking great! Pricing may be a little high but the art work, consultation for results is worth it.Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

My partner went here to get nails done for our anniversary dinner.  Miho and Masumi assisted her and provided top tier service and attention to detail, going above and beyond to facilitate her design request and make her feel comfortable  My photos really don’t do them justice

The salon was so clean and the girls were so nice. A little pricey but well worth it. Will definitely be returning again and again! Elly did an amazing job and I’m really happy with my nails.

The nails are great at this place however it is SO hard to get an appointment, they never answer the phone and they take a long time to reply to messages, it is really fustrating and makes you want to go to a lower quality salon just because it's so much faster and easier to book an appointment elsewhere

Great first experience at Vivid. I took a pregnant friend here as a treat and we were well taken care of. We were not rushed, the foot scrub was thorough and there are premium nail polish brands. It’s pricier than the average nail salon, but the service is top notch to go along with a nice experience.
