Have been getting Japanese permanent hair straightening and roots touch up for a year now. I am really happy with my results. My natural hair was very curly and coarse in texture but after getting the permanent hair straightening it’s become soo straight and smooth. Offcourse in addition to this I have also been taking good care of my hair with quality hair masks, oils, and hair serums to enhance my results. So far I am loving the results. The customer service provided was good and I really like how gentle Kota was with my hair through out the process. From washing my hair to blow drying my hair he was very pleasant, there was no pulling or aggressive blow drying and brushing. I definitely recommend him to look after your hair.

The person who attended to me was very professional and very focus. He even know when was my last hair cut and when was my hair straightened just by looking and touching my hair which i did not do at this place. The ambiance is very calm and spacious. Results: very satisfied.

Got a real rude call to move and cancel my appointment I booked over 2 weeks ago by one of the hairdressers named C*a. No apology for the change and inconvenience caused to me and super unpleasant and pushy. Been going here consistently for 2 years for haircuts and have always booked for Coa. I used to be hesitant trying new hairstyles, but now I feel so comfortable to have someone who understands my hair. I always leave feeling lighter and refreshed from the hair wash, cut, and style. My partner and my mom in law always come to Blu and looking for Coa. Not only the hair styles but the service is amazing!!!  Everytime she can provide tailor service regards of the hair cut or what colour is the most suitable for customers has her own creative ideas.  Definitely will referral to my friend to come! I have had Japonese hair straightening with Kota. This was my third visit over the past 2 years. I couldn't have 'been happier. Kota is a perfectionist. My hair is coloured and damaged and believe me, no one would do Japonese hair straightening on my hair but Kota is so knowledgeable, my hair is left feeling soft and straight and not damaged in any shape or form inspite of the original quality.
