Horrible place!! Wouldn't recommend anybody for this place.. the manager was in a hurry and was disinterested .. got acrylic nail extensions done.. it was not shaped properly!! Terrible experience.. did not start from the root!! Horrible shaping.. very bad experince
Rough and careless treatment. Have had to file out bubbles from my shellac manicure which I really don’t expect to even last a few days. I recommend you do not visit here.
Although the staff are trying to bring new customers into the shop, the quality of work is poor. I had an SNS Manicure and she hasn't filed them properly and has stuck the powder to my skin.. Not happy, I shouldn't have to refile my nails.
I think this place deserves more positive reviews. I work nearby and have been here for a standard mani and pedi quite a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and communication is not bad. I like that its not as busy as the salon downstairs.
The worst pedicure I've had, likely the worst in all of Australia! Save your money and don't bother, they obviously could care less about their services.
