Extremely happy with my hair and care, the girls did a great job and the colour and cut is stunning and exactly what I wanted. I also brought my 2 month old baby along and they we’re all so lovely and helpful. I felt very comfortable being able to look after him and breastfeeding in the salon. Good vibes and also the coolest hair dressers I’ve ever been to as their all beautifully tatted up like myself. Highly recommend, Im going to be a regular. Thank you ladies xo

I cannot recommend these ladies enough! Tonight was my first time at the salon and I was lucky enough to have both Zoe's for my consult, one dyed my hair whilst the other cut it. They are so knowledgeable and super friendly. I have been struggling for years with oily hair and within the first five minutes Zoe had given me more useful information than any previous hair dressers. I love my colour and cut, both were dramatic changes and I couldn't be happier. No doubt will become my regular salon.Services: Hair coloring

Went in for a blow wave. My second time at the salon as I had a great first experience. Today it felt rushed. I was not offered a drink on arrival such as a glass of water like the last time I was there. The young hairdresser washed my hair very rigorously and fast. I had to tell her to slow down. Then when she finished blow waving my hair, she did not even show me what the back of the hair looked liked. Paid $60 for a service which was not worth the service I received nor was particularly happy with being made to not geeked like a valued customer. Disappointed as I like to support local business.

The staff at XO hair Co are absolutely amazing! A massive thankyou to Caity for fixing my hair, she did such an amazing job and was so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend! I came into XO Hair Co Berwick with a nightmare. I received a balayage from someone else a few days ago and it was a hot mess. Zoe was able to breathe life back into my dull, over-toned, choppy-cut hair. She was extremely knowledgeable on hair colouring and consulted with the other hair dressers when it came to fixing my horrible hair cut. Safe to say this is the first time I’ve EVER left a hair salon happy. Each service I received was incredibly reasonably priced, which really surprised me because their work was very well done. I’ve been coming to XO for about a year now. I’d been with the same hairdresser for ten years when she retired and was extremely anxious about finding a new stylist, but the girls at XO are amazing. My hair feels and looks great, but mostly I love how friendly the staff are - everyone makes a point to greet you when you walk in, you don’t feel like you’ve walked into a business, it’s like you’re hanging out with a bunch of friends! XO Hair Co is a warm and inviting studio with friendly staff. It has a fun vibe with great music and conversation. Caity has been cutting, colouring and styling my hair for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable and supportive of my ideas. I always get compliments on my hair and I would be happy to recommend Caity to any of my family, friends or co-co-workers.
