The cosmetic nurse took the time to get to know what I wanted for my treatment. This is the most extensive consultation I have ever had, then Dr Chan came and spoke to me and educated me on the treatment I was to have. I was extremely impressed with all of the staff and highly recommend The Victorian Cosmetic institute to anyone.

Very friendly service. Clean equipment and appointment rooms. The creams are a bit expensive, but overall a good experience. Thanks!

Had the Infiny treatment with Lisa on three occasions. The VCI staff are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I was told my scar will improve significantly after 2 infini treatments. It never happened not even see 1% improvement. Wasted $1600 roughly. Don’t believe the photos they show you, all are fake. They will ask you to sign a paperwork at the start which says they can’t guarantee anything. DONT WASTE MONEY.
