I joined Vision about 4 months ago and it's really changed my outlook on health and fitness. The team are practical about setting and achieving goals, and everyone supports and encourages you to achieve those goals - not only the trainers but also the other clients! In addition to the personal training, there are some great group classes (my favourite is the boxing!) and regular studio challenges for a bit more variety.  It feels like a family and is a pleasure to walk into such a friendly place every day.

Can speak highly enough of the team at Vision Ponsonby.  Great team of wonderful people who really do care and work with you to achieve your goals.  Been going to the gym for years and nothing has ever worked as well or been as pleasant and enjoyable as the experience at Vision Ponsonby.  Don't waste your time at any of the other gyms - book an appointment and get started now.  Haven't told them but I'm never leaving!

Thank you Dean and Daphne. You guys are the best. Great atmosphere at the gym, great trainers, great classes and great motivators. I am thoroughly enjoying training with Daphne - I feel so much better being fitter & stronger.  You all make coming to the gym fun and something I actually look forward too! You are greatly appreciated.

Going to the gym was never on my list of things to do however after joining PT Vision Ponsonby I have been converted!  Yes my family and friends are completely shocked!
The team at PT Vision Ponsonby are so enthusiastic, inspiring and energetic.  They get to know their clients and really motivate them to want to succeed.  I have renewed my membership 3 times now and haven’t looked back from the day I signed up.  Thanks Dean, Matt and the rest of the PT Vision Ponsonby team, it’s great to be part of such a fun environment.
