As a professional triathlete I am always trying to find that extra 1% and Bodyneed have more than catered for me in reaching my goals. The physios all have experience with elite level athletes. The treatment and recommended exercises always have me back on my feet never missing training days. The physios advise the sports massage therapists on areas I need extra treatment on. Through weekly massage the therapists have learned what works best for my body and have transformed the way I can recover and train again. The total athlete and recovery classes have taught me how to mobilise different parts of my body and I now practice these every night. This has helped with injury prevention and overall movement in all areas of the swim, bike, run. The staff have become valued friends of mine and are a huge asset in my build to up World Championship races.

A fully experienced group of friendly staff who always make you welcome at the clinic! A great place where every client can feel at home and guarantee they get professional advice and care.
