Absolutely terrible experience. They dont return phone calls or emails. More could of been done i was told by others but it wasnt. Needed more paperwork to be handed in. They made a quick $$$. Already told others. Never again

My fiance and I entrusted our goal of becoming Permanent residents in Australia with the 189 General skilled migration visa after our previous Migration agent based in the UK turned out to be acting fraudulently. During our first consultation with Andrew, he listened to our story and how we had come to be where we were. He advised us in conjunction with this and continued to formulate a plan of action there and then; while putting us at ease by answering and explaining all of the questions and misconceptions that we had at the time. Andrew and his team, including Miguel and Zahirah, were professional at all times and committed to providing us with a thorough and attentive client experience from start to finish. The team at Visa Solutions made themselves available via multiple forms of communication throughout the whole process, including in-person at one of their Perth offices, telephone, email, and skype. I always felt like I could reach out for advice with responses being concise and prompt. We always felt like we were in good hands and that they knew the business and accompanying sectors inside out. My fiancee and I definitely owe our now granted permanent visas to the awesome people down at visa solutions. They were with us all the way, in by far the biggest decision and endeavour that we have undertaken to date.
