Relaxing place to wait before you fly. No self service currently. No hot food, only sandwiches, chips and cheese/cracker packs. Adequate options with beer, spirits and wine. Service is good
Can not believe you can not get alcohol until 12.00 o’clock. Pubs open at 10am surely the lounge can serve it from 11.00am otherwise why are we paying for business. Come on virgin with the money you charge surely you can serve a beer or wine at 11.00am. Better selection of food wouldn’t go astray either.
Great that they are open again. No self serve as you would expect but plenty of choice for morning . Ignore their web that states they are not open. Now open Saturday's at last!
Nice place to relax and grab a drink or some food. Food selection is average. A waste of money if you are having breakfast here.
Usually nice but during Covid - all you get is Muffin! With Coffee or juice. Still nice and quite place to spend time.
Currently a very low level of service. The only food available is 2 choices of prepackaged sandwiches, and potato chips and crackers. Juices and tea and coffee are available.
Zero vegan food options but wouldn't let me bring in food from food court because of their "Covid plan". You have people bring in bags filled with things from all over Australia today have been potentially exposed to Covid. If the food store 20m away is infected then your Covid safe plan is already doomed.
Closed for ‘Covid’ with no covid restrictions in QLD, in other case friend also denied as he is 16 but paid full business class ticket. Talked down on him had no respect for him, treated him like a child not a customer. Business class 1.5 hr flight yesterday they didn’t even have soft drinks on the flight
