There is no more milkeshake selection… but hot drinks are still available like coffees and hot chocolate!! and their croissant is so good!!! Service is good too!!
Visited here early in the morning before international flight. Staff was friendly, coffee was excellent, food was great! very comfortable and nearly empty at that time of the morning... as a bonus you can just pick up eduroam wifi and they also have their own free wifi.
Came here for the first time on a Monday early morning, very quiet. Not a very big lounge. Breakfast selection is ordinary and choices are limited. They have individual compartment seats with better privacy. Overall, it’s an ok lounge, wasn’t busy and noisy at the time I visited. But not sure this is worth paying if you have the standard prioritypass membership.
Was looking forward to using the Brisbane lounge before a flight leaving at 10:45am on a Wednesday morning. Saw some business hours listed that had - oddly enough - the lounge closed Wednesday morning, but open pretty much every other morning. I sent an email to confirm the operating hours, in case it was a typo. No reply. In Brisbane, I called the provided phone number multiple times across multiple days and yes, during the posted operating hours. No answer, no option to leave voicemail. Get to the airport on the Wednesday morning, go upstairs and sure enough...it's closed. No worries, I was expecting that, but I'd have to ask why it's not open for the morning international flights. There are flights to NZ of course, but there's also a flight to Canada and other outbound international flights, so doesn't make sense to me to be closed Wednesday and I see now, Thursday mornings. Of course I understand it's a business decision, but it's a shame I was unable to experience this lounge. My experience in another lounge from the same company was quite positive so I was hoping to give my feedback on the quality of the lounge. Instead, my feedback is on the quality of service received when I have reached out to the lounge directly to ask some questions.
Not bad. I'm not sure if drinks are free they were for me as a VA lounge replacement. Paid lounge so some are clearly taking advantage which is ok. Decent food terrible scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, food bacon for breakfast plus continental - including fruit and yoghurt. Basic spirits but a decent range. Great selection of non alcoholic beverages.
This is one of the well designed lounges. Luisa the reception manager was very friendly and helpful. Gave me a brief intro to the lounge. Staff were courteous. Always willing to assist. Loved the workstation pods. Gives you privacy and they are equipped with power source and light. Barista / Chef informed me about the À la carte menu and the other food that was available. This is something important for first time visitors. Loved the ambiance and how seats were placed around. The lounge has variety of magazines and news papers. Some of my friends love ‘beer on tap’. That’s available too. Overall the lounge is value for money. Must pay a visit if you’re at Brisbane International.
This is probably the nicest of the Priority Pass lounges I've been in, and somewhat on par with some of the major airline lounges Swiss, Lufthansa, Eva, etc.. It was clean with nice updated decor, and the staff was exceedingly polite and friendly. Super quiet when I went. There is some hot food as well as cold wraps and sandwiches, and a decent dessert selection tho the macaroons I tried were a bit stale. Not gourmet dining, but sure beats most of the non-first-class lounges I've found in America.
Checked in- two stools left in the corner to sit, completely overbooked, plain rice, ham and veggies left to eat. You’d have to drink a lot to make your moneys worth. Very disappointing. Better going to one of the restaurants downstairs and you’d pay less and get better food
An outdated lounge with not much choice of food and drinks . How could a good lounge with both coffee machine and tea machines broken down at the same time and not offering an alternative.
Super unimpressed, stayed here because Emirates Lounge was closed, the drinks fountain and boiling water for tea didn’t work, the food looked really weird and not everything had tags to tell what it was, it was super busy and didn’t seem to have any good space to sit for people in wheel chairs
