Great lounge, staff always fantastic. Food leaves a bit to be desired but due to covid they are restricted. Facilities always clean.

Thank you so much to the gentleman on the business lounge check in this morning. You can always rely on Qantas staff to pay attention, offer genuine assistance but also just be very kind! Excellent customer service.

Business lounge is just lovely. The potato and leek soup was delicious no self service during covid
Clean and lots of space. The food options were pretty limited though.
Wow... COVID-19 has changed this a lot. Still free booze, but food restrictions really don't make sense. No sliced bread.. only bread rolls? Oh and ham and cheese on a plate was the highlight. Mmmmm
Not a bad place to relax. Open plan so noise is lower then some.
Always like dropping in whilst in transit, excellent staff who are very courteous, dedicated and caring about the clientele and their roles. Food choices were a bit average but the soup tonight was exceptional.
The menu options were a bit more limited due to COVID-19 however the team if anything were friendlier and more helpful than ever!
