Nice lounge with pleasant staff, nice and fresh food options, but some facilities were down from charging ports to drinks stations.nnConvenient location, close to the terminals and well set out.nnThey almost lost a bag on my flight but it was spotted not too long after and was placed back onto the correct flight again in about 5 minutes.. can confirm, did see if in the carousel at our destination

As a Velocity Gold member Flying Virgin Australia on 23/7/2025, Departure at2pm, I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Virgin Perth Domestic lounge. Upon attempting to enter at approximately 12:25 pm, I was told by staff thatGold members not allowed, despite Gold status typically providing access. This was highly embarrassing and frustrating.
Flew in from Melbourne this morning and it's a pleasure to be back in this lounge.nnThe lounge in Perth was very busy during the two hours I spent here but compared to the rush and hassle in Melbourne the lounge in Perth seems more organised and streamlined.nnStaff constantly clearing tables where in Melbourne I feel there is not enough staff for the size of that lounge to keep up with the crowd.nnCoffee good and again compared to Melbourne lounge there's no cue.nnFood and drinks all standard but to good quality.nnI would recommend this lounge.
